Get an overview of your event's activities with our standard reports

There are three different standard reports; Summary Overview, Transaction Report, and Participant Report

Summary Overview

This report provides you with a summarized overview of the event’s transactions, revenue, fees, participants, and any add-ons (e.g., an overview of how many have chosen workshop x or y).

The report does not contain personal data, making it ideal to send to people in your organisation who need a quick overview without too many details.

The report is downloaded in PDF format.

Transaction Report

The transaction report gives you an overview of all orders. Here you get information about:

  • Total revenue (gross and net) broken down per order
  • Total fee overview broken down per order
  • Payment method
  • Overall summary of any refunds
  • Overall summary of any used discount codes
  • Information about the payer
  • Overview of completed and pending orders
  • Information from the registration made at the order level

The report can be downloaded in Excel or CSV format.

Participant Report

The report shows detailed data about the event’s participants.

Here you get an actual participant list with the selections and deselections each participant has made. (For example, specific food choices, allergies, comments, etc., which you can forward to the caterer)

If you do not need to scan your participants, the participant report is a good choice for, for example, checking attendance.

The report can be downloaded in Excel or CSV format.
