Manual Creation of New Member

If you need to create a member administratively, you must do the following:

  1. Go to ”Member System” - Members
  2. Click ”Create Member” (on the right side of the screen)
  3. Enter the payer's email (Parent of the child)
  4. Enter the payer's (parent's) name and mobile number
  5. Select the desired team and registration date
  6. Select the billing plan and decide how the payment should be created
  7. Enter member information
    • REMEMBER to change the information from the parent's to the child's
  8. Click add to the team
