How do I change a price on an event?

If you want to set/change a price on an event, you can do it in several ways:

  1. The price can be set on the participant type (the simple way)
  2. Price can be set on other fields, e.g., “checkbox” and “dropdown list” on each individual “option”.

A registration price or ticket price is typically set per participant, so choose here to set the price on the participant type.

Set the price on the participant type

  1. Go to the event list
  2. Find the event in the list and click on Participant types
  3. Click on “Manage participant type” or “Manage order”
  4. A dialog is now open showing one or more participant types from left to right. Edit or set the price in the “Price” field
  5. Click save to save the changes
 

Set the price on a dropdown list or checkbox

  1. Go to the event list
  2. Find the event in the list and click on “Registration form” – select the sub-item “Registration form”
  3. A full-screen view of the event is now displayed
  4. Find the field you want to set or change the price on and click the “pencil” that appears when the mouse hovers over the field.
  5. In the dialog, select “Options/prices”
  6. Set the price and close the dialog, the price is now changed.
 

Prices can be changed/set on the fields where a banknote is shown on the right side.
