Why have you withdrawn money from my account?
You have probably registered for an event where the organizer uses Event IT as the ticket and registration system. Check your email or spam mail for an order confirmation.
EventIT is the developer of the system and thus handles payments.
How do I register for an event?
All organizers have their own page where their events are available,
for example https://event.it/xxx
You cannot register for events on EventIT.dk. Instead, you need to find the organizer's own page.
How do I get a refund for my ticket?
Tickets can only be refunded through the organizer of the event. Look at your ticket or confirmation email and search for the name of the organizer.
EventIT is only the developer of the system and cannot refund tickets.
