Sent emails and delivery status

  1. Go to Member System -> Members

  2. Search for the member and click on it

  3. Go to the tab ”Emails”

Here you get an overview of which emails have been sent as well as the delivery status.

If the delivery status says ”Sent: Delivered to recipient's email server”, the email has been sent and received by the recipient as it should.

System emails cannot be displayed but can be found and resent under ”Payments”.

The content of emails written from the system to one or more members can be seen by clicking on the ”envelope” under the recipient. These cannot be resent as such – but if you choose to send an email again, the previously written message can be retrieved via ”Retrieve previous message”.
